Neal Brennan the co-creator of Chapelle show and his Netflix special, 3 mics, was in Singapore and he talks about fame, initial reaction for his special and why Chris Rock finds the middle mic is too funny. He recounted the early days of Chapelle shows, the rejection from Hollywood and the time that Chapelle Show had ended. He talks about being dismissive, using that sensibility as a tool for decision making and why it is not personal. He also shares one of the joke that he had added a tag, the comedy burst in the states and the need to have friends in comedy. I asked him about getting closure, the question that every comedy podcast asked. He tells me what kind of partner in a relationship and being able to be alone.
